Work hub
The work hub is designed to help you manage your employees with ease.
To log into your work hub, go to https://login.smartly.co.nz/ and login with the same username and password that you use for your Smartly app.
Accessing your Work Hub
In the Work Hub, the navigation bar is on your left. Depending on what features your company has activated, you may see some or all of the following tabs:
- Home takes you to your dashboard.
- Tasks allows you to see upcoming and overdue tasks. You can also assign tasks to your employees.
- People takes you to the list of employees you manage. From here, you can click on an employee to check or update their Personal, Employment, and/or Files tabs.
- Manage has Company files and Bulk actions. Company files allows you to see any documents that have been shared with you. Bulk actions allows you to upload documents to different employees at once.
- Organise has Leave calendar, Leave requests and Timesheets for easy management of your team's leave and timesheets.
If you click on your initials to the top right of your screen, you will be able to edit your profile, change your password, or log out.
If you click Edit profile, it will take you to your Personal, Employment, Bank and Tax, and/or Files tabs. Depending on what features your company has activated, you may see some or all of these tabs.
Some of the information will be view only. If any of the view only information is incorrect, please ask your administrator to correct them.
