Growth Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Marketing team to plan and deliver marketing communications, content and growth strategy for Smartly.

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

·       Planning and executing Smartly campaigns

·       Developing and maintaining content for use across Smartly’s key channels

·       Generating leads via various marketing channels

·       Work with cross-functional teams to deliver to the overall annual business plan

Software Solutions Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity available assisting our wider Sales team to deliver sales and account management services for Smartly.

The Software Solutions Specialist (SSS) is responsible for converting inbound enquiries and leads into processing clients, cross selling new product to existing customers and improving retention on Key Accounts. 

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills will be required and you will have a willingness to learn the technical aspects of the product.

Onboarding Consultants

We are looking for additional people to join our Onboarding Team. Our Onboarding Consultants’ are the point of contact for new clients throughout their onboarding experience and they make sure we are meeting all their expectations every step of the way. We have both part time and full time positions available with flexible hours. Customer Support Consultants

You’ll enjoy working from our Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home. We are looking for people who can work 5 days per week 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. 

What we’re looking for

  • A people person to join our Help Desk team.
  • People who can provide excellent customer support to our clients.
  • Good technical and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working in a customer support or similar based role.
  • A knowledge of payroll or software would be an advantage, but not essential.

What does the job involve?

  • Responding to and answering phone and email queries quickly and professionally
  • Investigating and problem-solving issues for customers
  • Entering accurate notes into our CRM database
  • A sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.

Marketing Analytics Coordinator

The Marketing Analytics co-ordinator is part of the Marketing Analytics team. The purpose of this role is to ensure the sales and marketing team are supported in running campaign activity through marketing automation, with accurate data and measurable objectives. This role is also responsible for reporting on campaign performance and drawing on insights that support continuous improvement in sales and marketing activity.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst works closely with the Customer Support Product Owner to enable the development, strategy, planning and delivery of our Customer Support proposition over its full life cycle. The role is responsible for defining and implementing operational and workflow process design, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvement and analysis/reporting required to enhance our unique service proposition. The role with work with internal teams, stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements to processes and systems that deliver clear benefits to Smartly and our customers.

Product Designer

 

The Product & UX Designer supports the discovery and leads the design of simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and staff. The role works as part of an agile product development team to identify opportunities, explore solutions and ship user focussed design solutions. They will create a deep understanding of our different customer groups, their needs, pain points, behaviours and gain creators to ensure designs are informed by user insights and business needs. They will be an active part of ideation to evolve and innovate our product set, and passionate about finding solutions to help our customer easily use our products.

Training Facilitator

The Training Facilitator looking after the training needs and requirements of our staff and clients along with identifying training solutions and facilitating training programs. They'll regularly schedule, train, and upskill both clients and staff in existing and new products and services offered by Smartly, as well as continuous development and improvement of training materials and programs.

Product Owner

We're looking for a Product superstar, who is ready to move onto a new and exciting challenge.  Someone who understands how important payroll is to businesses and their people and is passionate about creating great experiences and making payroll easy. 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • has the customer and their needs at the heart of everything they do
  • can clearly define and articulate a strategy, and drive to execute the strategy well
  • loves to figure out how things work, and solve problems
  • is really organised, great at communicating and loves working with a team.

What does the job involve?

The Product Owner supports the development, strategy, planning and delivery of our digital product portfolio over its full life cycle.

  • Drive the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation & planning
  • Lead customer research, understand customer behaviour & product requirements
  • Work with the design & development teams to bring the product vision to life
  • Create great relationships across the business.
