We have an opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Service Delivery team in Lower Hutt. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for new customers, guiding them through their Smartly onboarding journey - from setup through to go-live.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers at different stages, juggle multiple priorities, coordinate implementation activity across internal teams, and make sure the right things happen at the right time.
