Sales Development Manager - Outbound

We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (Outbound) to take the lead on selling our next-gen HR solution to medium and larger businesses across New Zealand.

This is a senior-level role that sits within our Direct Sales team and reports directly to the Head of Sales. You’ll drive strategic outbound sales, lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and work closely with existing payroll customers to upsell Smartly People Management.

Customer Relationship Manager

We have an opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Service Delivery team in Lower Hutt. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for new customers, guiding them through their Smartly onboarding journey - from setup through to go-live.

You’ll manage a portfolio of customers at different stages, juggle multiple priorities, coordinate implementation activity across internal teams, and make sure the right things happen at the right time.
