Growth Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Marketing team to plan and deliver marketing communications, content and grwoth strategy for Smartly.

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

·       Planning and executing Smartly campaigns

·       Developing and maintaining content for use across Smartly’s key channels

·       Generating leads via various marketing channels

·       Work with cross-functional teams to deliver to the overall annual business plan

Software Solutions Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity available assisting our wider Sales team to deliver sales and account management services for Smartly.

The Software Solutions Specialist (SSS) is responsible for converting inbound enquiries and leads into processing clients, cross selling new product to existing customers and improving retention on Key Accounts. 

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills will be required and you will have a willingness to learn the technical aspects of the product.

Onboarding Consultants

We are looking for additional people to join our Onboarding Team. Quality Assurance Analyst

Smartly has just launched a new product user interface, mobile app and brand-new website - and there’s more to come. We need a Quality Assurance Analyst to help our customers and partners feel supported and help more Kiwi business owners find the simple way to sort their payroll. 

For this role, we’re after an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to develop our Quality Assurance Framework. You will establish business processes to ensure that we consistently delight customers with exceptional interactions.

You’ll have a can-do attitude and be ready to jump in, work hard, learn heaps, and enjoy the ride. You’ll get heaps of support and exposure across a range of business units and use this to help provide advice on continuous improvement.

Customer Support Consultants

You’ll enjoy working from our Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home. We are looking for people who can work 5 days per week 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. 

What we’re looking for

  • A people person to join our Help Desk team.
  • People who can provide excellent customer support to our clients.
  • Good technical and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working in a customer support or similar based role.
  • A knowledge of payroll or software would be an advantage, but not essential.

What does the job involve?

  • Responding to and answering phone and email queries quickly and professionally
  • Investigating and problem-solving issues for customers
  • Entering accurate notes into our CRM database
  • A sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.

Software Solutions Manager

The Software Solutions Manager (SSM) is responsible for the end-to-end management of the sales funnel from sales qualified lead to processing customers. The SSM manages, develops, and leads the Solutions (Inside Sales or direct to consumer) and Onboarding Teams. The SSM is responsible for converting inbound enquiries and leads into processing clients, driving new sales leads and improving retention on customer Key Accounts. The SSM will also deliver end-to-end customer onboarding for all new customers from the point of sale up to being fully installed and processing. The SSM will be responsible for driving process improvements aimed at helping new clients realise a fast time-to-value from their investment in Smartly as efficiently as possible. They will also support the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and National Sales Manager (NSM) to maximise conversion of sales opportunities. The role will ensure all committed deliverables, sales targets, SLAs and KPIs are continually reviewed, and expectations are met with optimum levels of quality & service delivery.
