Eligibility
To access Smartly’s collaborating legal services, you must be subscribed to Smartly’s People Management product.
Complimentary Legal Advice
You are entitled to 15 minutes of complimentary legal advice for each distinct issue encountered. You may call as often as necessary, provided each call is related to a different issue (as reasonably determined by the legal service provider).
Extended Legal Assistance
All legal advice given by the collaborating legal service provider is subject to their standard client terms of engagement. Should you require more time or specific legal advice tailored to your situation, the legal service provider will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.
Termination
Smartly may withdraw the collaborating legal service or change provider at any time at its sole discretion and without notice.
