Company bank account change

I'm changing my company bank account, what do I need to do?

If you're changing your company bank account number, please contact our Customer Support team on 0800 10 10 38 or email helpdesk@smartly.co.nz.

How long will it take?

It will depend on the bank you're changing too. Some take longer than others to get bank approval for the new account. If you need the account switched urgently because your old account has been closed, our Customer Support team will let you know how we can help.

Company IRD number change

If you have a new company IRD number or are changing to a different entity type, you will need a new Smartly site set up.

Call our Sales team on 0800 10 10 38 or email solutions@smartly.co.nz outlining the change.
