SmartHR information
SmartHR is an add-on application that compliments Smartly. SmartHR is a system that will help you create and manage employment related documentation for your employees.
SmartHR includes the following functionality and benefits:
- An employment agreement builder so you have peace of mind knowing you are completely up to date.
- A library of job descriptions that you can edit - saving you time.
- A performance review builder so you manage and improve your staff performance.
- A disciplinary document builder for when the going gets tough.
- A document management system that stores the key documents for your employees online so you'll never lose them, and keeps everything nicely organised in one place.
- A database of key information relating to your employees (preloaded from Smartly, meaning the setup has already been done for you.)
- An alert system that sends you reminders for key events (birthdays, work anniversaries, trial periods, training, CPD, certificates and licenses etc) - So you don't have to do all the thinking.
- A library of common forms, templates and checklists so you don't have to reinvent the HR wheel.
- A library of common HR letters, like confirmation of appointment, variation of offer, etc.
- A library of common policies (e.g. alcohol & drug policy, company property, information security policy, health & safety policy) saving you time and ensuring your assets are fully protected.
- A library of documents providing useful HR advice like how to employ staff, how to improve staff performance, etc.
- When you really need help, you'll also have access to specialist employment law advice from the legal team at Employers Assistance for a discounted rate.
SmartHR will only cost $17 per month for up to 3 employees, 4-10 employees will cost $28 per month. 11-20 employees will cost $39 per month, 21-50 employees will cost $55 per month and above 50 employees will cost $83 per month. All costs are exclusive of GST.
Common SmartHR FAQs
Q: Can I give someone access to SmartHR that only has access to one pay group?
A: Only the users that have access to all pay groups will have access to SmartHR.
Q: Can someone have access to SmartHR without having access to Smartly payroll?
A: You will need access to Smartly payroll and all pay groups to be able to access SmartHR.
Q: Can my employees log into their SmartHR details?
A: Your employees will be able to view some of their information using the Smartly app. If they need access to any HR related documents, they will need to contact their manager.
Q: Can reminders be sent directly to the employees? (Things like license or practicing certificate renewals due)
A: Due to the sensitive information that's kept within SmartHR, all reminders will be emailed through to the users that have their email addresses entered in the Alert settings under SmartHR settings. From here, they can simply forward the email to the employees.
